1. Objective

This Committee considers the issues of scholarly information media, systems and services which are still more increasing and diversifying in order to collect, supply and preserve scholarly information (except electronic journals) uninterruptedly and stably.

2. Tasks

1. Response to diversifying scholarly information
   • Dissemination and promotion of institutional repository
   • Examination and investigation about the electronic resources on the Internet
   • Examination and investigation about library system under the electronic environment.
2. Promotion of internationalizing of document delivery.
3. Cooperation and collaboration with the related organizations and institutions.

3.Organization

1. The committee members are otherwise laid down.
2. The committee may have subcommittees to achieve specific operations.
   The organization and commission of each subcommittee is otherwise laid down.

4. Period

Installation period of the Committee shall be from the 61st General Assembly until the 63rd General Assembly.
