1. Objective
Amidst the growing need for international coordination in the distribution
of scholarly information, the Association has actively pursued the development
of the Global ILL / DD, and the partnership with SPARC (Scholarly Publishing &
Academic Resources Coalition). This Committee is aimed at continuing and
further enhancing such projects associated with international scholarly
communication.
2. Tasks
- Development of the Global ILL / DD
- Liaison and coordination with the related bodies and institutions
in U.S.A. and Korea, etc.
- Educational planning for improving the staffs' skills
- Response to SPARC
- Liaison and coordination with the related bodies and institutions,
including NII
- Publicity and advocate activities
- Promotion of SPARC journals
- Other activities on international scholarly communication
3.Organization
- The committee members are otherwise laid down.
- The committee may have subcommittees to achieve specific operations.
The organization and commission of each subcommittee is otherwise laid down.
4. Period
The Committees shall be standing.
