FY2011 new Board meeting of the Japan Association of National University Libraries was held at University of Tokyo Library on May 13, 2011.
The operations of JANUL in 2010 were reported.
New President and Vice-President were selected and the role of each Director was decided. Then there was active discussion about many issues, such as (1) About our committees, (2) the proposal of JANUL Symposium, (3) the proposed FY2010 statement of accounts, (4) the proposed FY2011 business plan, (5) the proposed FY2011 budget, (6) dispatching officials to the related bodies, (7) details of the 58th General Assembly, (8) the organizer and schedule of the 59th General Assembly.
On the same day, the Committee of General Affairs, the Committee on Human Resouces, the Committee on Scholarly Information held their meetings.
