Japanese version of "Create Change" published

Under the International Scholarly Communication Initiative (SPARC/JAPAN), university libraries should carry out their advocacy activities in cooperation with the National Institute of Informatics. For a part of these activities, JANUL Ad-Hoc Committee on International Scholarly Communication published Japanese version of "Create Change".

Each member library will receive adequate number of these leaflets. The pdf version of the leaflets are also available at the following links:
